IRU Tuesday Fit | Easy F9 Park Run (IRU 705)

This Tuesday, Islamabad Run With Us is organising an easy 45 to 60 min run in F9 Park, Islamabad.

THE PLAN:
We will be gathering at 5:45 PM and will start the run at 6:00 PM SHARP from at Gate 4, F-9 Park (Gate facing F8 Markaz).

PROGRAM DETAILS:
Gathering Location: F9 Park (Gate Facing F8 Markaz)
Gathering Time: 5:45 pm
Starting Time: 6:00 pm
Note: Please arrive on time as we will not wait for latecomers.

Our activities are open to anyone and are free of charge.
